Harewood Hospitality & Events has the experience and know how to cater for up to 1000 guests in our grand Pavilion, a perfect large wedding venue set amongst 130 acres of landscaped grounds directly facing Harewood House.

The Pavilion has windows running its full length ensuring each of your guests will have a picture perfect view. This is a fantastic space, with high ceilings, ivory draped walls and cut glass chandeliers. It is an impressive and exceptional venue to host your wedding celebrations.

Harewood also boasts helicopter landing facilities allowing you and your guests to arrive in style.

Priced at £50 per head our pavilion package is available for weddings of 400 guests and above. 

 

The Grounds & Photography

There are several locations around the Harewood Estate that are perfect for your wedding photography. In particular, the terrace on the south front of the house is perfectly suited. Not only do you have the house as a back drop and the beautifully restored Italiene Parterre, but you can host canapes and a drinks reception and remain with your wedding party while your photography is underway. Your options range from the serene to the exotic; the beautiful lake with its’ resident flamingos, the adjacent waterfall or the new Himalayan Gardens to name but a few of the choice locations. It’s difficult to imagine more romantic or varied landscapes to capture the beauty of your day.

Our Event Managers will be on hand throughout the planning of your day from the initial concept through to overseeing the day itself. Whether you are looking forward to a grand and opulent wedding or a simple, elegant affair, our events team will help you create an unforgettable day for you and your guests.

Harewood Hospitality & Events are proud to work alongside Grace & Tailor, a Leeds based design company whose passion for beautiful design along with their varied experience makes our in-house events styling the necessary luxury at Harewood.

Having worked on a wide range of projects from private weddings, parties for some of Britain’s best known personalities, window merchandising for some of the high streets biggest names as well as interior designs for some of the most fashionable venues around. Grace & Tailor are more than qualified to make your Wedding a memorable and spectacular success.
