This is the entrance to the former kitchens, workspaces and servants' offices on the Lower Ground Floor of Harewood House and was once a Still-Room, used for making and storing jams and preserves.
From March 2006 it is home to the new Kitchen shop with a wide range of quality kitchen wares for sale. It also has our Reception Desk, where you will find postcards, leaflets and information relating to the House.
The Still room retains a display on the top shelf of the dresser of some of the pewter plates the servants would have eaten their meals from.
