6. Box Office Terms & Conditions

The Harewood box office can accept secure online bookings for most of Harewood's events - simply select an event for further details and booking options.

If the event you are interested in is not available for online booking please call the box office on 0113 218 1000 during office hours or email us.

Please Note:

a) Tickets cannot be exchanged or replaced if lost.

b) The face value of the ticket will only be refunded in the case of cancellation by the promoter. The refund will include any postage paid but will not include the booking fee.

c) Please check specific event details for food/drink/seating restrictions.

d) Tickets are posted first class at your own risk, please ask for recorded delivery to be sure your tickets arrive safely. Ticket orders over £20 will require Special/Recorded delivery.

Although we update our website on a daily basis all online bookings are subject to availability and online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the event. Tickets for some events may still be available less than 24 hours in advance from the Box Office on 0113 218 1000.
