The Harewood Medieval Faire brings together all the colour, excitement and history from this extraordinary period: jousting and archery, armoury displays, Norman skirmish and encampments; historical traders, crafts, cooking, clothing, puppet shows, medieval music, games, falconry and storytelling.

The Harewood grounds actually encompass a Medieval landscape, and the weekend offers tours of the 12th Century All Saints Church and the newly excavated Gawthorpe Hall, with its archaeological dig and finds, to remind us just how extraordinary the Medieval period really was and kickstarts a 5 year long Medieval celebration. Want to get the full experience and stay overnight under canvas? Then camp for two nights and enjoy a Medieval Banquet to really get in the spirit...
