Harewood’s spectacular State Rooms can be the venue for your next dinner or reception, the State Dining Room and Gallery providing an unequalled setting for sit-down dinners, buffets or drinks receptions.

With mouth-watering menus created by Simon Gueller and his Box Tree team, served in these fabulous settings, an evening in the House is utterly unforgettable for your guests. Up to 32 guests can enjoy dinner in the State Dining Room, surrounded by Earls of Harewood from the last 2 centuries; whilst in the Gallery, up to 180 guests can luxuriate in a setting that has played host to Queen Victoria, and the Emperor of Russia, lined with Renaissance masterpieces, and with the most exquisite Adam ceilings in the country.

And the grandeur of the House can be incorporated into any corporate event at Harewood – guests can have a pre-dinner tour of the House (upstairs and downstairs!), or drinks on the Terrace overlooking the stunning ‘Capability’ Brown landscape and lake.


Corporate Events in the Courtyard – state-of-the-art facilities in a historic setting

Harewood’s Grade 1 listed Stables Courtyard has been restored externally and transformed internally to create stunning spaces and facilities for corporate events, be they conferences for up to 220 delegates, board meetings for up to 25, training, product launches, or dinners and drinks receptions – or any combination. The 6 main rooms are stylish and contemporary, equipped with state-of-the-art technology including wireless internet, in-built audio-visual facilities, climate control and much more. Newly installed lifts give full access to both floors for all guests.

Menus and event management services are expertly provided by digby trout Restaurants, renowned nationally for their excellent corporate provision at Hampton Court Palace, Edinburgh Castle and Osborne House, among many others.

Located in the heart of the Capability Brown landscape, overlooking the lake, and just a few hundred metres from the House itself, the Courtyard is a wonderful location for any corporate activity – so easily accessible to Leeds and Harrogate, the A1, M1 and Leeds/Bradford airport – yet a whole world away enabling delegates and guests to concentrate fully on matters in hand.


Marquees – the perfect location for every occasion

Harewood’s glorious grounds are the idyllic setting for marquee events, benefiting from sweeping views across breathtaking landscape, the lake, and woods beyond.

The Vistas marquee has the best of all worlds, a semi-permanent structure with all facilities in place, and its own private dedicated access just for your guests, it is framed between the House and the lake, with uninterrupted views of both.

Marquees can, of course, be sited in other locations around the grounds, depending on the nature of the event, and associated activities.
