The Harewood Suite

The spacious first floor Harewood Suite accommodates up to 130 guests, with the option of high-tech sound-proofed screens to form smaller spaces for up to 80 and 50 guests respectively.

The original beams span the light and airy spaces lined with original windows, creating an inspirational and refreshing environment for guests.

With inbuilt state-of-the-art technology the Harewood Suite is equipped for all modern corporate and meeting needs, including integral audio-visual facilities, high speed wireless internet connections, and much more.

With dedicated reception areas, break out rooms, and a range of dining locations around the Courtyard, the Harewood Suite is an ideal meeting location. As below it will be the main room used for Weddings, dinners and Conferences


The ground floor Gawthorpe Suite
Accommodates up to 130 guests, or can be screened with oak panelled partitions to create smaller spaces for up to 70 guests.
The windows the length of both main walls frame this multi-purpose room, which can be used for meetings, receptions, dining…a whole range of functions.

Greystone Room
Overlooking the trees of the Bird Garden and the Lake, Greystone is an elegant, tranquil space, accommodating up to 80 guests.

Archway Room
With capacity of up to 15, the Archway Room is ideal for micro-conferencing, Board meetings, or any more intimate business get-together.

With its distinctive ‘half-moon’ windows, and dedicated entrance and reception area, the Archway Room is the ideal ‘bolt-hole’ for focused discussions.

Lakeside Terrace and Café
With its stunningly beautiful location overlooking the Bird Garden trees and the Lake sparkling beyond, the Lakeside Terrace quite simply cannot be beaten as a space to relax and unwind.


Corporate Events and Hospitality

Conferences or corporate hospitality, training or trade shows, all benefit from this wonderfully diverse location: so close to Leeds and Harrogate, with excellent road, train and air links, yet a whole world away – enabling delegates to really concentrate on the business of the day.
