You can pay for your card in person, by post (cheques payable to ‘Harewood House Trust’), by phone, by Direct Debit or, if renewing an existing card, by using the secure online renewal system. Renewal adds 12 months to the existing expiry date on your Harewood Card.
Direct Debits are the best way to ensure that you always pay the lowest rate and take away the hassle of remebering to renew year on year. To establish a Direct Debit please let us know at least one month before your card is due to expire and we can arrange for the mandate to be set up.
If you don’t renew your Harewood Card in person you can collect your card on your next visit. You old card will be recognised as having an extended expiry date on the Visitor Reception computers. Alternatively you may have your card posted to you, by recorded delivery, for an additional £2.50.
If you require any further information, or advice regarding the purchase or renewal of a Harewood Card please visit the Information Centre or call them on (0113) 218 1001.
Please don’t lend out your Harewood Card, which is only valid for your own personal use and is not valid for anyone not named on the card. We will continue to perform spot checks throughout the season – and any cards being used fraudulently will be withdrawn. However if you introduce a friend to the Scheme, and they mention you by name and card number, we will give you a £10 voucher to spend at Harewood (so if you recommend enough people you can have your card for free).
