Family Membership

Harewood family membership is suitable for families with at least one child between the age of four and sixteen. The Family Card allows one adult and up to four children, or two adults and three children unlimited entry to Harewood House and Grounds during the open season and on many weekends in winter.

Benefits for Families

• Free entry to the House and Grounds
  throughout the open season, as often as you like. Many of our Cardholders frequently come in for an hour after work or school.

• Free entry to most of our events. This amounts to over 20 days in a year. Cardholders who attended only these events would cover the cost of their card five times over. That’s great value.

• A 10% or greater discount on other events. This discount can be as high as 68% on standard tickets.

• Free entry to all our exhibitions in the House and the Terrace Gallery. Harewood has at least three exhibitions taking place every year, and all are free to Cardholders.

• Free entry for late night Thursdays
  throughout the summer.

• A 10% discount in the Courtyard Cafe and Terrace Tearoom at Harewood. 

• A 10% discount on most items in the Toy shop and Gift Shop.

• Two newsletters per annum delivered to your door.

• Email newsletters monthly keeping you up to date with what’s happening at Harewood.

Which Card For You?

Families with all children under the age of four should opt for a Couple Card as children under four are entitled to free entry at Harewood.

For a family of two adults and only one child over the age of 4, the Couple & Guest Card offers greater flexibility than the Family Card.  For example if you name your child as one of the Cardholders, you and your partner can accompany your child to Harewood independently or together. As the named Cardholder, your child can come with any other adult as his/her guest.  The Couple and Guest card also gives you the option to bring a relative or friend as your guest.  Remember: only named Cardholders can visit independently, guests must accompany a named Cardholder and unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the Grounds.
