Adventure Playground

Our adventure playground is one of the best in Yorkshire. Children of all ages enjoy hours of fun sliding, swinging, climbing and spinning to their heart’s content.

With a zipwire, swings and slides, aerial walkways and climbing nets, the Harewood Adventure Playground is a haven for children to let their imagination and energy run wild.  Some days the main tower might be a pirate ship for hordes of children to swarm across the climbing nets– on others it’s a busy fire station for sliding down poles and slides to put out the fire.

Some statistics

The adventure playground is made up of a 20 m zip wire and 2 play areas, one suitable for toddlers and the other, much larger one, suitable for older children.

The main multiplay unit consists of over 40m of aerial walkways, 2 slides including a large tubular spiral slide, and climbing nets up to 4m high. It is topped with a 15m high tower.

The 5m high Spacenet is a definite favourite for older children as it challenges their climbing ability and sense of balance.

The entire playground and family picnic area is over 3 acres.
